Responsible

• Create system diagrams of features, APIs, and solutions. Develops a solution by evaluating potential process improvements and design as common reusable modules or micro services
• Provide technical specifications for all technical aspects, including architecture, database schema, and microservices, based on an analysis of the business requirements.
• Coordinate & discuss the design solution with the relevant teams, including customer, business analyst, developer, QA, vendor and legacy system teams
• Support production incidents together with developer and operation team.
• Coordinate & discuss cloud architecture with Developer or Developer operation.
• Coordinate closely with development and UX/UI teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Efficiently manage projects to ensure they follow the planned timeline without any deficiencies. Monitor and report project progress to management and stakeholders.
• Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor junior Business Analysts and assist in their professional development.
• Develop effective job descriptions to attract talented Business Analysts to the team.

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with information technologies and system analysis (Experience)
• Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
• Has experience in Back-End Development, cloud solution, Web application implementation are preferred
• Team working and quality of working mindset with positive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of fundamental project management processes, methodologies and tools & technique
• High-level understanding of software implementation.
• Ability to encourage and enable people to work together as a team to accomplish the project
• Good communication and presentation skills and Good organization and planning skills
